ResMed Jobs 2023 – Job Description
- Conduct initial assessments and phone consultations; Interact with patients over the phone to gather information about their sleep concerns, lifestyle factors, and symptoms of sleep apnea.
- Based on the assessment findings and symptoms reported by patients, provide recommendations for diagnostic sleep studies. Guide patients through the process of scheduling and undergoing sleep studies.
- Provide recommendations for suitable products based on individual needs and preferences.
- Actively engage in product sales by effectively communicating the benefits and features of recommended sleep apnea management products
- Maintain regular contact with patients to ensure their progress, answer questions, and address any concerns or challenges they may face during their sleep apnea management journey.
