| Experience & Qualification | - At least 5 years’ experience in DB Administration / design, PL SQL, software development, C, C++, VB Net and implementation IT installation, maintenance and troubleshooting with exposure of minimum 1 year in data base server, design, implementation and management for various business application.
- The incumbent should be an Engineering Graduate BE/B Tech in Computer Science (CSE) / IT / MCA with suitable certification for various hardware, networking, software and database management

| Roles & Responsibilities | - AFC/COM/SIG System Analyst is responsible and is in charge of:
- Mid-term and day-to-day organization of the Software maintenance tasks:
- Ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance based on
preventive/Failure reports & alarms. - Organization of a permanent, immediate and efficient response in case of a major event observed in NMS or other diagnostic systems in AFC/COM/SIG.
- Management of Active directory, DNS and Domain.
- Coordinate with vendor for trouble shooting in the AFC/COM/SIG system.
- Data analysis as per requirement by Management
- Help in validating software patches developed for the system.
- Help in testing implementation of new fare products.
- Ensure and estimate backup process and requirements.
- Assisting in reconciliation of accounts at central server
- Help in Warranty management with AFC supplier for central activities.
- Analysis on Card tracking from central AFC server.
- Maintenance works compliance/
- Adherence to maintenance prescriptions and planning
- Adherence to maintenance standards
- Monitors staff skills and safety procedures respect.
- On-call duty in case of emergency.
- Enhancing the subject knowledge of staff by imparting training.

| Key Skills | - Analytical ability
- Configuring and installing various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, FTP) Performing network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.
- Trouble shooting of failures related to Network devices configuration.
- Servers/Network Devices Health Monitoring (Cisco, Extreme or Juniper Networks).
- Should be having knowledge on Oracle DBA and SQL
